Create Your Own Web Page This hands-on computer lab is designed for people who want to create their first WEB page and want to learn something about the language behind the scenes. Basic HTML instruction is given, along with information on how to link pages, insert graphics, and add color. (Note: It is highly recommended that you bring your UNIX username and password with you to the lab. This may be different than your Net ID and password. In order to get this information, simply call the IT Accounts Desk at 509-335-3663. Also, please bring a floppy disk or thumb drive if you want to save your Web page for future use.

This course describes how to use the “I-9 Solution,” a web-based system from Lookout Services which replaces the paper forms previously used at WSU, solves I-9 problems and provides electronic Employment Eligibility Verifications. The I-9 Solution increases overall efficiency of I-9 processes, provides centralized visibility and management of corporate-wide I-9 risks, and is a paperless solution with Electronic Signature.

Effective May 1, 2009, all Personnel Actions must be completed using PERMS.
PERMS is a personnel action management, routing and approval system that establishes salary payments for faculty, staff and graduate students. It replaces the paper Personnel Action Form (PAF) and enables the user to authorize, track and communicates the status of the personnel actions. In this training session, participants will learn how to use PERMS and it’s various functions.
