The Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) and the Health Care Authority (HCA) want us all to strive for overall wellness! In doing so, PEBB and HCA have offered a Wellness Incentive to all benefit eligible Faculty, Staff and hourly employees who participate in the program below.
Why Should I Participate?
Starting in the 2015 plan year, employees may be eligible for a $125 incentive based on responses to questions surrounding wellness activities. The incentive can reduce the annual deductible for employees enrolled in a classic or value plan, or provide a one-time deposit into the HSA for employees enrolled in a CDHP.
SmartHealth Wellness Incentive Enrollment Period: April, 2014*
Employees who wish to take advantage of the SmartHealth Wellness Incentive for the 2015 year, must respond during the enrollment period starting April 1, and running through June 30, 2014. *WSU encourages employees to address the SmartHealth Wellness Incentive during the month of April, in an effort to have faculty and staff on 9-month appointments respond prior to the end of spring semester.
If an employee fails to respond during the enrollment period, they will not be eligible for the 2015 incentive.
How To Participate
Step 1: Create your HCA "My Account", if you have not already done so.
Step 2: Complete the General Health Assessment/Profile through your medical

Step 3: Select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) through your medical plan.
Step 4: Choose a qualified activity to participate in.
