Philosophy Statement

Leaders have previously excelled professionally to reach their current positions. At GroupWyse we provide support and encouragement for additional learning and growth. We partner with clients to identify concerns and opportunities that will take them beyond the status quo. We help in developing plans to accomplish their desired futures. We assist in examining strengths and increasing capacity for them to influence (and be influenced by) their teams, peers and organizations. Key to this process is greater self- and other-awareness, respectful communication, and true collaboration in meeting organizational goals.

Our executive coaching approach begins with identifying the leader’s needs, goals and objectives and jointly developing a personal plan to meet their goals.  This plan provides a fresh perspective on the challenges the leader experiences and alternatives that may not have been considered.

In our experience, leader’s plans often include components that focus on both meeting the leader’s goals and improving their team’s performance. As the plan is implemented better communication patterns are developed between leaders and team members, enhancing their skills in collaborating to meet organizational goals.
