Expanded Shared Leave

HB 2739, expands provisions of the state’s shared leave program to cover certain COVID-19 related absences. The provisions of Proclamation 20-05 (20.43.10) are in place, until the termination of COVID-19 State of Emergency or until rescinded, whichever occurs first.
