Number 1.

Obtain time commitment and financial support approval from your manager to participate in Executive Coaching.

Number 2.

Schedule an intake session with Jaide Wilhelm in Human Resource Services (HRS) to review coaching specialties and profiles to select a coach that best fits your needs.

Number 3.

After meeting with HRS and identifying your preferred coach, you will have a conversation with the executive coach to develop a coaching proposal. The coach will then submit the Coaching Proposal to HRS.

Number 4.

HRS will receive authorization from your appointing authority to expend the costs associated with executive coaching.

Number 5.

HRS will forward the requisition and proposal to Purchasing Services to initiate the individual coaching contract process. Purchasing Services will coordinate with the Executive Coach to ensure the terms of the proposal are in accordance with University policies and procedures. Purchasing will finalize the contract for signature.

Number 6.

Once your coach and HRS have received the signed proposal from Purchasing, coaching services can commence.
