Elevating Cougs: Leading as a Coug track concentrates on leadership, management, and team development

Sessions in this track are designed for WSU employees who lead others at any level, including managers, supervisors, and department administrators, and focuses on leadership, management, and team development.

Leading as COUG

If you’re keen on progressing in leadership roles or honing your personal leadership capabilities, we welcome you to delve into the array of sessions offered in the Leading as a Coug track. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain further insight to:

This track will ensure those in leadership roles will be equipped with tools, insights, and inspiration to effectively guide and empower their teams.
