Benefits Forms
While most benefit elections are made through Workday, some hard copy forms are still required for Life Insurance and Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) initial enrollments, as well as increasing Long Term Disability coverage.
Workday Resources
The following reference guides show you how to view and change your benefits in Workday:
- View your benefits in Workday
- Change your benefits when life events occur that cause a Special Open Enrollment (SOE) (e.g. marriage, birth/adoption of a new child etc.).
- Edit your dependents information in Workday
- Make changes during the Open Enrollment period every October and November
- Enroll for the first time in your benefits in Workday, for new employees and those with a job change
