Six lucky WA State SmartHealth participants will win a pair of tickets for a Seahawks home game at Lumen Field in Seattle during the 2024–25 season!
All WSU benefit-eligible employees who complete their SmartHealth well-being assessment and the Seahawks tickets giveaway activity by the deadline for each drawing will be entered to win. The sooner you complete these steps, the more chances you have to win!
Deadlines to be entered into each drawing:
- Drawing 1: Aug. 23
- Drawing 2: Sept. 6
- Drawing 3: Sept. 20
How to enter:
First, complete your SmartHealth well-being assessment. Then, report completion of the Seahawks ticket giveaway activity. The sooner you complete these steps, the more chances you have to win.
Who is eligible to win the tickets?
PEBB subscribers (which are WSU benefit-eligible employees) who are eligible to qualify for the SmartHealth $125 wellness incentive are eligible to win a pair of tickets.
