Completing the W-4 in Workday for New Hires

New hires must wait until their official hire date to complete the W-4 form in Workday; attempting to do so earlier can result in processing errors. Once hired, employees can access the form and complete it without issues. Completing the W-4 promptly ensures proper tax withholdings from the start. If there are any problems during the process, employees are encouraged to contact HR for assistance.

Updated Workday for HR Training Page Available Now

Modernization has begun a series of enhancements to their website to make finding the information and resources employees need quicker and easier. Updated versions of the Workday for HR and Workday for Finance pages are available now.
