Administrative Professional Performance Reviews

Reminder

The performance evaluation process is a valuable opportunity for supervisors and employees to reflect on the past year’s achievements, identify areas for development, and set goals for the upcoming year.

AP personnel are evaluated on a calendar year unless the unit has received approval from the Chief Human Resource Officer to use an alternate cycle such as academic or fiscal year periods. See the following linked BPPM 60.55, Performance Management for more information.

Evaluators must use the Employee Performance Review process in Workday to document the evaluation of an AP employee. Supplemental information may be used to support the rating. See the following linked Workday Reference Guide,  “Conduct an Employee performance Review in Workday,” for step-by-step instructions.

Learning Opportunities!

Additionally, HRS has scheduled several live “Performance Evaluation Process” courses. This training is designed specifically for supervisors of Civil Service and Administrative Professional employees. For class details visit the course page in Percipio.
