Hosted by HRS Learning & Organizational Development and Modernization, this two-day virtual conference offers accessible training and professional development for all WSU employees, no matter your role or experience level.
What’s New in 2025
This year’s event brings exciting changes, including:
- 90-minute workshop sessions with hands-on, interactive components.
- More practical how-to sessions on technical skills and tools beyond Workday.
- A refreshed approach to opening and keynote sessions.

Want to be a part of Elevating Cougs as a speaker? Session proposals for the 2025 conference are now open! All WSU staff and faculty are welcome to submit a proposal focusing on professional development, leadership, or technical skills employees can immediately apply to their roles.
