Three Changes to HRS Contact Emails

Human Resource Services are making changes to three of its contact email addresses to make it easier for employees to reach out with questions and requests.

The individual HR emails for Tri-Cities and Vancouver are being retired effective August 1, 2025. Employees should use the main HRS email (hrs@wsu.edu) or choose from one of the teams listed on the HRS Contact page.

The Disability Services email is also being retired and replaced with the new Medical Leave and Accommodation team email, which is hrs.mla@wsu.edu.

What’s Changing

The emails being retired are:

  • tricities.hrs@wsu.edu
  • van.hr.frontdesk@wsu.edu
  • hrs.disabilityservices@wsu.edu

The emails to use instead:

  • hrs@wsu.edu for general employee queries, no matter the location
  • hrs.mla@wsu.edu for Medical Leave and Accommodation communications
  • Visit the HRS Contact page for more ways to reach out to HRS

I recently sent a message to one of the retired emails, do I need to resend it?

All three emails will be monitored to ensure no requests or messages are lost.
