Coming Soon: HRS Support Teams Transitioning to Area-Based Model

Changes are coming soon to how Human Resource Services (HRS) organizes some of its support teams. The Medical Leave and Accommodation (MLA) unit will be shifting from the A–Z model to a structure based on assigned university areas. This update is part of HRS’ ongoing work to align service teams and make support more consistent across the university.

If you’re currently working with MLA, nothing about your current support will change.

Later this spring, the Records unit will also move to an area‑based model, while the Benefits unit will continue using the familiar A–Z structure.
