We are excited to announce Keila Jones, Program Coordinator with Transportation Services at WSU Pullman as a Crimson Spirit Award recipient.

Keila’s nominators had many great things to say. “Every day she comes to work and gives it her all.”

“She takes the time to listen full to customers and then work with them to find a solution.”

“She is always seeing things that could impact our department in the future, and working to offer solutions that could prevent or mitigate the issues.”

“When helping student employees, she doesn’t just fix problems, she checks back in to see if the lessons were absorbed and if any more assistance is necessary.”

“She always does the best of her ability to make sure we are doing the best we can for customers that reach out to us.”

“She has worked with others in our department to develop solution presentations to revamp our appeals process, to address changes in customer behaviors that have occurred over time, to keep us at the top of our customer service potential.”

“She always shows up, and always cares about everyone she interacts with. She deserves more recognition than she gets, for all she does to make the department run well and to make customers’ days as smooth as we are able.”
