We are excited to announce Rebeca Sainz, Assistant Director with the Office of Academic Engagement at WSU Pullman as a Crimson Spirit Award recipient.

She proudly represents WSU as both a staff member and an alum and prioritizes cultivating partnerships with departments and offices across campus, which has strengthened connections and facilitated meaningful collaborations that enrich the experiences of both current and future students.”

She seeks to give student staff members opportunities to lead aspects of the program which helps them build both skills and confidence, which in turn elevates their leadership in other areas of their Coug experience and campus involvement.”
