The 2027 Open Enrollment website is up and will be updated as information is provided. You can find the Benefit Fairs schedule, New Premium Rates and a summary of what is changing.
When is Open Enrollment?
The annual Open Enrollment period runs from October 26 – November 23 with an effective date of January 1, 2027 for all changes.
All changes are made through Workday, with the activity being posted to your Workday My Tasks inbox on October 26.

- Retiree HCA Open Enrollment Session
It is a good time to review what benefits you have with WSU, to ensure you are aware of your options, and if you should be making changes to your coverage. The Benefits team will offer overview sessions of benefits including:
- Benefits Checkup
- Retirement and Savings Checkup
Other live presentations may be offered, and recordings of the above sessions will be available on the 2027 Open Enrollment website.
