More than a conference, Elevating Cougs is an opportunity to learn from fellow Cougs, discover new ideas, share experiences, and connect with the people, resources, and tools that support our work across the university. Each year, the conference continues to evolve, creating new ways for participants to engage before, during, and after the event.
This year’s theme, Everyday Coug Ingenuity, celebrates the creativity, problem-solving, and innovation happening across WSU every day. Through sessions, conversations, and interactive activities, participants can explore ideas that strengthen skills, improve processes, enhance programs and systems, and build connections across the university.
