An ongoing issue in Jira is currently preventing employees from accessing Workday reference guides via the Workday Service Desk. WSU ITS is working with Atlassian to identify the cause of this issue and work toward a resolution.
This issue does not impact the Workday Service Desk ticketing system.
Employees may access all reference guides via the Workday Materials page in Confluence.
With paylock on October 2 and AP and Faculty salary increases being processed, we have compiled a list of alternate links below.
