EAP Live Session: Supporting Neurodivergent Employees in the Workplace
Facilitated by the Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP), this 60-90 minute workshop equips supervisors with practical strategies to support Neurodivergent employees effectively in the workplace.
Through a blend of practical examples and a focus on growth-oriented support, this presentation provides supervisors with the tools needed to create a supportive, productive, and inclusive team culture for Neurodivergent employees. Attendees will learn how to identify and navigate support requests, foster an inclusive environment, and leverage strengths while addressing performance concerns.
