To help achieve this goal, Human Resource Services (HRS) is glad to announce the WellCoug Champion Network as part of the WellCoug employee wellbeing program. Our goal is to have a Champion in each department/college or area to ensure all faculty and staff know about the wellbeing offerings and support available to them.
The purpose of the WellCoug Champions Network will be to assist with promoting wellbeing offerings, encouraging a culture of wellbeing, and providing feedback to HRS regarding needs and opportunities.
