The Open Enrollment (OE) period for 2025 is ending next Monday, Nov. 25. If you are planning to make changes to your benefits elections and have not yet done so, please complete and submit your elections as soon as possible in Workday. Written instructions and video guides are available on the HRS Open Enrollment web page. Be sure to print or save the confirmation page for your records.
If you already submitted your OE election in Workday, and happen to reopen the event, be sure to completely submit your election again. Re-opening the OE event will be interpreted that you are wishing to make a change and override your previous submission. It is critical to fully submit the event again for it to be effective.
