Executive Coaching

WSU’s Executive Coaching program has access to coaches from ten external executive coaching firms who have a variety of specialties and experience in a wide range of settings.

Employee Engagement Survey

The biennial Employee Engagement Survey enables employees to share their satisfaction about the WSU system as a workplace, and enable Areas to make informed decisions around the personnel and management enhancements they need to make.

Exit Survey

The Exit Survey is an important way for separating employees to share their experience of WSU and help the HRS and university leadership continue to create the best possible work environment for our employees.
