2 Ways to Get Workday Support

If you have questions about actions in your Workday My Tasks inbox or how to process events like Time & Leave, Benefits, or updates to your employee profile, there are the two ways to get Workday help:

  1. Go to the Workday Service Desk to submit a help ticket or search across all the Workday reference guides
  2. Review curated lists of important guides on the Workday for… pages, for example, Workday for Employees, Workday for Managers, Workday for HR. Go to WSU’s Modernization site and select the relevant page from the Workday Training and Resources menu

Get Support from an HR Service Team or an HR Consultant

Many HR actions and processes such as recruitment, classification and compensation, employee training, labor relations, benefits, and medical leave and accommodation have specific emails and phone numbers to call.

Go to the HR Service Teams page, log in with your WSU credentials, and find the right team for your topic or HR Consultant for your area.

4 Ways to Get General HRS Support

If you have a general HR question, you’re not sure who to contact, or you have a specific question that is not covered by Workday or one of the HR Service teams, there are four ways to get general HRS support:

  1. Call the main HRS phone number, (509) 335-4521
  2. Email HRS at hrs@wsu.edu
  3. Walk in to one of the HRS offices across the WSU system
  4. Fill out and submit the HRS contact form below
