All full-time and regular part-time Administrative Professional and Professional Hourly Workers in the following classifications: Mid-level Practitioner, Optometrist, Physician, and Professional Hourly Dietician within the Medical Services and Vision Care Services units of Cougar Health Services on Washington State University’s Pullman Campus, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and all other employees.
