Canceling Registration for a Live (Instructor-Led) Training Class

Percipio offers live, instructor-led trainings (also called ILTs) that take place at a scheduled date and time, either virtually or in person. We know schedules can shift, and plans change. If you’re no longer able to attend a live training, please follow the steps below to cancel your registration in Percipio.

Cancel Your Registration

Most classes offer self-cancelation up to the scheduled time of the class, though in some cases, you may need to contact the instructor for assistance if you’ve missed the cancellation window.

Step 1: Locate the class you want to cancel

There are several ways to find live trainings you’re enrolled in:

  1. Select My Learning from the left navigation menu
  2. Open Live Learning from your Percipio homepage dashboard.
  3. Open the Library from the left navigation menu and select Live Learning Calendar from the Engage in Live Learning section.
  4. Refer to the confirmation email you received when you registered for the class.

Step 2: Cancel your registration

Once you’ve located the class:

  1. Open the class details.
  2. Select Cancel Registration & confirm your selection to withdraw from the class.

Once canceled, you will receive an email notification from Percipio, and your registration will no longer appear as active.

Helpful Notes

  • If the class has a waitlist, your spot may become available for another learner.
  • If a class is canceled by the instructor or LOD, you’ll receive a notification.
  • Some live trainings do not allow for self-cancellation, and cancellation may become unavailable as the class start date approaches. If you do not see a cancel option and need help, contact the instructor listed on the class, or LOD for assistance.
