Learning Administrators are the touchpoints within the WSU System who provide support for our areas, colleges, and campuses, contributing to the overall success of employee development programs offered by the institution. Learning Administrators also support the compliance for required training programs.
As a Percipio Learning Administrator, your role entails managing various aspects of the platform to optimize the learning experience for your department, college, or area.
Main Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Utilize the analytics tools and reports to track user compliance, learning progress, and engagement
Assignments
Assign custom or Skillsoft content to your department, college, or area
Professional Development
Engage learners and invest in their growth by utilizing Percipio’s robust collection of learning tools like Skills Benchmarks, CAISY AI Simulations, and Aspire Journeys
