Step 1: Find a Live Training

Live trainings can be located using a few different methods:

  • Use the search bar to look for a topic or course name. You can also search by keywords.
  • Browse the Library and look for instructor-led or live training offerings.
  • Select Live Learning from your My Learning page to browse for upcoming classes, or ones you’ve already registered for.
  • Browse WSU and Skillsoft available sessions on the Live Learning Calendar.

Step 2: View available classes

  1. Select the live course you’re interested in.
  2. Choose Learn more or Register to open the course details page.
  3. Review the list of available classes, which will show date, time, and format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid).
  4. Confirm the class status:
    • Available: Open for registration
    • Full: You have the option to join a waitlist.
    • Closed: Registration is no longer available for that class.

  2. Once registered, you’ll see a confirmation message.
  3. Percipio will send a confirmation email with class details upon registration, and follow-up reminders as the class date approaches.

Step 4: Access your registered trainings

After registering:

  • View your upcoming live trainings under Live Learning or My Learning.
  • Use this area to access class details, join links, or cancel your registration if needed.

Helpful Things to Know

  • You can only register for one live class of a course subject at a time.
  • If you need to move your registration to a different date, cancel your current enrollment first, then register for a different class date/time.
  • Completions for a live training are recorded after attendance is reconciled by the instructor, not immediately after the class. Instructors are requested to have attendance processed within two weeks of the scheduled class.
