This workshop provides an overview of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services while equipping managers and supervisors with the tools needed to effectively utilize the EAP.
In addition to the content covered in the employee-focused session, this webinar offers specific insights for managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and other leadership roles. It includes additional resources and strategies tailored to those in positions of authority, helping them better support their teams.
