The Employee Recognition Program provides an opportunity to recognize and thank staff and faculty for their contributions, dedication, and commitment to the WSU community. Washington State University is a top-tier research university and one of America’s leading land-grant universities and our faculty and staff are at the forefront of this endeavor, continually offering their best.

Campuses, Colleges, and Areas Milestone Recognition

Campuses may also hold milestone recognition events for their faculty and staff during the year. The WSU system Employee Recognition celebrations and campus events are meant to complement each other.

Colleges and areas may similarly host recognition events throughout the year for their faculty and staff that are separate from the WSU system recognition events.

Faculty and staff throughout the WSU community are encouraged to participate in all events where they’ll be recognized.

The Employee Recognition Program recognizes Washington State University employees through the following programs.

From academics to facilities maintenance, from athletics to research to student services, the members of the WSU community are central to every success, every improvement, and every triumph.
