Emotional wellbeing, also known as mental health, is your ability to cope with the stress and challenges that come your way. Those looking to improve their emotional wellbeing may benefit from utilizing the following resources.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

WSU’s EAP provides confidential counseling and referral services to WSU faculty, administrative professional, and classified employees. Issues that may be directed to the EAP include, but are not limited to anger management, anxiety, conflicts at work, depression, financial hardship, parenting issues, and more. For more information visit the EAP info page.

Our EAP also features a robust Suicide Prevention and Intervention Resource page. Visit this site to learn how to get help for yourself, a loved one, a coworker, or to learn more about the matter.
