Occupational Wellbeing

Occupational wellbeing means a healthy work-life balance, meaningful work, and a good fit in your job. The following resources can help you assess and improve your work-life balance.

EAP

The EAP assists in identifying, managing, and resolving personal and work-related issues that may affect job performance or quality of life issues. The EAP provides counseling, education, and consultation services to improve job performance, worker health, and the wellbeing of the employee.

Issues which may be directed to the EAP include, but are not limited to:

  • Anger management
  • Anxiety
  • Conflicts at work
  • Depression
  • Domestic Violence
  • Emotional and/or psychological issues
  • Financial
  • Grief and loss
  • Job performance
  • Parenting issues
  • Relationship and family concerns
  • Stress
  • Substance Abuse

Bright Horizons- Family Care Services

This program connects you with a variety of caregivers and services to provide ongoing care and support for your entire family. Babysitters, nannies, housekeepers, pet care, elder care, and other family care resources are available to benefit eligible faculty & staff.
