We are happily announcing Jordan Clinger, Assistant Director at CougPrint Plus with WSU Pullman, as a Crimson Spirit Award Recipient.

According to his nominator, Jordan is always going the extra mile and consistently supports and contributes to the success of his team. Jordan is cheerful and fosters a collaborative environment; this means actively engaging with projects, asking insightful questions, and offering valuable perspectives. When needed he offers personalized guidance, constructive feedback and encouragement to each individual’s needs. Jordan is also diligent when it comes to following up on tasks and projects, his commitment to seeing tasks through to completion is said to be commendable.

He approaches problems with a fresh perspective and explores innovative solutions; this has inspired others in the department to adopt a similar mindset. “He willingly takes on additional responsibilities, works long hours when necessary, and contributes to team success in any way possible. His willingness to put in extra effort demonstrates his dedication to the team and the organization. His cheerful demeanor in even the most challenging situations makes him an inspiring leader to work with” his nominator finishes.
