We have the pleasure of introducing Kelly Myott-Baker with Enrollment Management as a 2022 Crimson Service Award winner!

Kelly is the Assistant Director of Admissions in Enrollment Management. In this role, Kelly is described by her nominator as a “fierce advocate for students [that] sees the potential in all of them.” She makes sure that the voices of her colleagues and those who are: income-limited, first generation, or in an underserved student population are heard.

According to her nominator, “The issues of first gen, income-limited and underserved student populations are multifaceted. As a college access professional, I sincerely appreciate Kelly’s work.” Kelly insures that the students’ application receives a comprehensive review before a decision is made, and connects those students to university support systems that could potentially aid them in success, “…I know that if I refer a student to her or work with her directly on a student’s case, she will do everything in her power to ensure the student’s best overall experience and that they are treated with genuine care.”

It is easy to recognize that this is a well-earned award for Kelly, like her nominator mentioned she is someone who has “provided years of exceptional service and does it from a place of care.”
