Laura Lahne, Student Involvement Coordinator for the Center for Civic Engagement, was selected for the September 2008 Crimson Spirit Award.

Laura was simultaneously nominated by Vernette Doty and by Michael Schwartz, from the Center for Civic Engagement. Laura was chosen for her quality service at the Center for Civic Engagement, and for her contributions to the improvement of the community service processes.

Her initiatives to improve and enhance the university community are why Laura Lahne was chosen for the Crimson Spirit Award.
