2023 Employee Engagement Impact Plans Available

HRS has received 80% of the requested plans, with the expectation of receiving the outstanding plans in the coming months. The overview of these plans provides hyperlinks to each impact plan; each plan outlines the identified targeted initiatives along with expected completion dates.

As you review the detailed results, you may be as excited as we were to see that many areas immediately leaned into a space of identifying initiates that could be launched timely positivity to impact engagement, with some items already in “Completed” status!

HRS will follow up with leadership on each plan to allow us to provide updates on the completion of identified initiatives as well as updates on any newly identified target areas. The detailed results for each area, college, and campus remain available of the HRS Employee Engagement page for continued reference and review.
