Human Resource Services coordinates live, Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) to WSU employees. Many of the courses are conveniently grouped within Learning Programs to address the specific needs and interests of employees. Based on your career development goals and professional responsibilities, you may choose to attend selected courses within a group or to complete the entire series.

Advisor Learning Program

Target Audience: New and experienced WSU Advisors

All advisors are required to complete the Foundations of Advising training upon hire. Once completed, advisors work towards Level II certification. There will also be required refresher modules for all advisors. More information can be found on the Advising at WSU website.

Community and Equity Certificate Program

Target Audience: All WSU Faculty and Staff

The Community & Equity Certificate lays the groundwork for a challenging, personal journey for individuals who are committed to creating equitable and inclusive environments.
