Washington State University is conducting a 1 year Staff Mentoring and Professional Development Pilot Program during Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters. In early 2019, Commission on the Status of Women submitted a proposal for the creation of this pilot. The pilot program supported by the Office of the President, will be administered by Human Resource Services.

HRS will solicit feedback from program participants to assess the program at the end of the Spring 2020 semester to determine feasibility and continuation options.

Plans to expand this program to all campuses as well as during the summer are contingent upon successful completion of the first small pilot program at the Pullman Campus.
