Required for all employees who work outdoors, this new training is now available in Percipio as a Journey. The Journey requires that learners also go to the Wildfire Safety website for the state to ensure alignment with state requirements.

WSU Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, 6/3
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week evidence-based course developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness in the UMASS Medical School. Class sessions will include guided instruction in mindfulness practices, gentle stretching, didactic presentations, and group discussions in a safe and engaging setting. *Due to the comprehensive nature of this program and the potential impact with traditional work hours, please be sure you have your supervisor’s approval before registering for this course.*
