Formerly named the 360 Evaluation, this review is conducted to assess a senior leader’s capabilities against leadership criteria and provide valuable feedback. The mid review will occur after the progress review and before the comprehensive performance appraisal.
Mid Review Conducted: Last few weeks of February, before WSU spring break.
2021-2022 Timeframe: For presidential direct reports receiving a mid review in 2021, HRS will distribute evaluations on February 22, 2021, to approved evaluators. Responses will be due by 11:59 PM on March 8, 2021.
Evaluators: Self, up to 30 individuals selected by the executive.
