Elevating Cougs 2024: Workday Success Stories for HR
In Workday, HCM tasks cover all aspects of an employee’s lifecycle, from applying for jobs, hiring, compensation, time and leave, position changes, and separation and retirement. The 2024 Elevating Cougs conference offers HR Partners and other HCM roles the opportunity to learn more about using Workday to its fullest potential, including new functionality and resources launched in the last year.
At the 2023 Elevating Cougs conference, Workday Success Stories sessions covered a variety of higher-level HCM topics, including navigating Workday for HCM tasks, managing academic appointments, person types, and the change job process. Review last year’s sessions here.
