Open Enrollment 2026 is now open!

This is the one time each year when you can elect to change your medical and/or dental plans, add or waive eligible dependents from your coverage, enroll/re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Limited FSA, and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2026, and re-attest to the spousal surcharge questionnaire if required.  

HRS encourages employees to be aware of the following reminders and events:

  • Participants in the UMP Plus plan must choose a new plan, as UMP Plus will no longer be offered starting in 2026.
  • Both Kaiser and UMP rates are increasing for 2026. Review the 2026 Premium Rates for details.

All changes are made through Workday between October 27 and November 24. The changes are effective January 1, 2026.
