Most people encounter personal or work-related challenges at some point in their lives. If left unmanaged, these issues can impact job performance and overall quality of life. This workshop provides an overview of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services available to employees. It builds on the standard EAP orientation by offering more detailed information on the services provided, how to access them, and the process for scheduling appointments, among other key topics.

Many individuals face personal or work-related challenges in life. If left unaddressed, these issues can negatively impact job performance and overall quality of life. This workshop provides an overview of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services while equipping managers and supervisors with the tools needed to effectively utilize the EAP.

In addition to the content covered in the employee-focused session, this webinar offers specific insights for managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and other leadership roles. It includes additional resources and strategies tailored to those in positions of authority, helping them better support their teams.
