This review is for new presidential direct reports. The progress review will occur once during an executive’s tenure, approximately one year after the executive’s start date. The intent of the progress review is to provide feedback to the executive on their progress and transition to WSU.

Progress Review Conducted: Once dependent upon date of hire.

Evaluators: Self, 10 individuals selected by the new executive, System Leadership Collaborative, President’s administrative support staff, and a minimum of 5 individuals selected by the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Approval of Evaluators: The executive’s recommended evaluators are reviewed by the VP/CHRO and the System President. During this review, evaluators may be added or removed. The executive will be notified by the President of the final list of approved evaluators. HRS administers this evaluation process.
