This review is for new presidential direct reports. The progress review will occur once during an executive’s tenure, approximately one year after the executive’s start date. The intent of the progress review is to provide feedback to the executive on their progress and transition to WSU.
Progress Review Conducted: Once dependent upon date of hire.
Evaluators: Self, 10 individuals selected by the new executive, President’s Cabinet, President’s administrative support staff and up to 10 individuals selected by the Chief Human Resource Officer.
