Recognizing ADHD and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Each October, we take time to recognize ADHD Awareness Month, an opportunity to deepen our understanding of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and to celebrate the strengths of neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
Embracing neurodiversity means recognizing that people process and engage with the world in different ways.
ADHD affects attention, impulse control, and executive functioning, but it also brings creativity, energy, and innovative thinking to the workplace.
