Building Resilience to Manage Stress

Hybrid: In-Person on the Pullman Campus in Lighty 405 and Zoom

April 23, 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

This presentation explores the vital role resiliency plays in helping us navigate difficult and uncertain times. While resiliency doesn’t eliminate stress, it strengthens our ability to grow and adapt as a result of it. By practicing resiliency, we can learn from challenges, adjust to change, and emerge stronger. This session will focus on six key areas essential to building resilience: social connection, re-evaluating empathy, identifying what we can control, finding meaning, self-care, and support.
